Chances are, your customer doesn’t even know their card failed and they actually would love to stay your customer. So, it’s important to stay on top of those failed charges.

See all of your Failed Charges along with why they failed, how much the charge was for and if the issue has been resolved (ie. the customer updated their billing info).

This works alongside wonderfully with the Live Stream feature launched yesterday which would show you in real-time if a card was declined, allowing you to address the issue immediately.
